Melisa Ferreira is the Founder and President of The Father’s Love Ministries and has a strong passion to share the love of God and His treasured truth. Melisa learnt how to play the piano at age 5 and she learnt to play the guitar when she was 9 years old. In her early years, she continued to develop  in songwriting and singing. She was involved in worship ministry and connected with worship team members from different cultural backgrounds and experiences which she absolutely valued. Coming from a multicultural background, Melisa has learnt to work with different people and she treasures the beauty that each individual brings to the table because of their unique personalities and experiences.

Melisa has also been involved in the teaching ministry and has a deep passion to learn and present the Bible in an understandable way so that people can apply God’s Word into their daily lives. Melisa found a strong passion in studying Biblical topics. In her final year of high school, Melisa studied a subject that focused on the Messianic Jewish background of The Gospel of John. This study presented her with knowledge from a Messianic Jewish perspective regarding the Messiah, with an explicit encapsulation of John’s presentation of Messianic Jewish themes throughout the Gospel. Melisa also completed a course in Christian Ministry which supported her knowledge and application of skills while practicing in ministry.

Melisa’s utmost passion glorify her Father in heaven, to be close to God’s heart and to invite others to do the same. Her desire is to present the eternal truth of God’s Word which she believes will bring awakening to the nations through the work of the Holy Spirit.

Sandra works towards supporting our operations to flow and she puts much love into her work. She has been involved in many years of pastoral ministry and she has a passion to see people have an encounter with Jesus. 

Rodney has been involved in many years of pastoral ministry and he is passionate to support people on their spiritual journey. Shane supports the events and the functional aspects of our work.
